Ms. Terri Green

Ms. Green is a 32+ year music educator who has taught 5-12 grade instrumental music in the public and private schools of Kentucky, Tennessee, and Mississippi. Ms. Green attended Delta State University receiving both her BME and MME degrees. She is a member of Mu Phi Epsilon, Omicron Delta Kappa, and Mississippi Bandmasters Association. Her bands have received consistent superior ratings at local, regional, and state music festivals for the past 32 years. Ms. Green has won numerous awards among which are the Outstanding Young Band Director of Kentucky (Phi Beta Mu), the TMEA 25 year Service Award, and the Outstanding Teacher from Kentucky Governors School award. She has three children, two grandchildren and one on the way (June 2020), and is dog mom to her four weimaraner babies. Ms. Green is most thankful for the thousands of young lives she has had the opportunity to impact through the years sharing her love of music.
