I am very honored to be principal in a community that is strongly devoted to academics and character development. The Olive Branch pride has been passed down through generations and continues to flourish through the dedication of the parents of Olive Branch students and the community. Olive Branch Middle School is focused on student growth and success in academics, extra-curricular activities, and student character. "Quistor" pride goes beyond the walls of the school building; it is a way of life.  #placetOBe

I am a proud graduate of Mississippi State University with a B.S. in Educational Psychology (04) and a M.S. in Counselor Education (07). I went on to get my Specialist in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University in 2013. I have been a counselor in DeSoto County Schools for 8 years during which my time was spent at Southaven High School as the senior counselor and Southaven Intermediate School. Before coming to Olive Branch Middle School, I was an Assistant Principal at Horn Lake Middle School and Lewisburg Middle School.

I have been married to my beautiful wife Kim Sikes for 14 years. She also works for DeSoto County Schools as the counselor at DeSoto Central Primary School. I have two amazing children Carrington (9) and Lilly (6). We are members of Getwell Church.

Miss Malinda White attended Northwest Community College, graduated from Mississippi State University and the University of Mississippi.  She grew up in Cockrum and loves working in Olive Branch because she and her mother graduated from OBHS in 1979 and 1948.
