Mrs. Abby Gray

Hello Parents and Students,

  My name is Abby Gray, and I am so excited to be teaching 8th grade English at Olive Branch Middle School! As an alumni of DeSoto County Schools, I am humbled and blessed to have the opportunity to give back to the district that is near and dear to my heart by returning as an educator. I graduated from DeSoto Central High School with honors in 2014. I then pursued my BA in Psychology with a minor in English from the University of Mississippi. I have spent the last few years working in the mental health field and always had a dream of becoming a teacher. I finally made the decision to pursue my lifelong dream and became an English teacher by obtaining my licensure from Belhaven University!

  In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and going to Ole Miss football and baseball games (Hotty Toddy!). My husband, Alex, and I will be married a year in October, and we love going on adventures with our fur baby, Ollie, who is a 1 year old Goldendoodle and Beagle mix! My interest include baking, reading, crafting, and traveling.
