My career thus far:
This is my second year of teaching, and many of you should remember me from 6th grade where I was an English teacher! I am licensed to teach English, Math, Marketing, Business, and Elementary Education. I earned my teaching license from Teach Mississippi Institute through Ole Miss.
The prior year I spent my time subbing for Kelly Services and working at Starbucks (one of the best jobs I've ever had) while earning my teaching license.
The summer before that, I worked for ServiceMaster at American Home Shield doing sales analysis, a lot of excel work, and presentations.
I graduated from Mississippi State University (Hail State!) in May of 2015 with Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Business Administration. While I was at MSU, I was a part of the Famous Maroon Band (squad leader) and the Shackouls Honors College. I also worked in the Housing Assignments Office (another wonderful job!).
Before MSU, I graduated from Olive Branch High School in 2011! I was a Quistor all my years of schooling and am thrilled to be back!
I am married to a wonderful man, Tanner Kuntz, who works for the Board of Supervisors of DeSoto County. He graduated from DeSoto Central, but I don't hold that against him! He also got his Bachelor's degree from Ole Miss and his Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Memphis. We have five AMAZING fur-babies that we've rescued. We have three cats: Korra, a super shy, long-haired silver beauty; Crookshanks, a fat and fluffy, snobby ginger; and Esmeralda (Ezzy for short) a spunky, cuddly, playful tabby. We also have two dogs: Justice, a blind and loveable lab/chow mix; and Kashyyyk (KashKash) a stubborn, majestic Great Pyrenees. Together, our family of seven lives a very laid-back and happy life here in Olive Branch!
